Let us go to positive questions.

As we said earlier all we have to do to make questions is to bring the helping verb before the subject. So, now we have

In Present Continuous Tense,

I am going to the market. To make a question we have to make it

Am I going to the market?

He is going to the market

Is he going to the market?

They are going to the market

Are they going to the market?
